KDN has been at the forefront of overcoming the national disaster crisis by establishing various measures to revitalize the local economy, including funding to help small and medium-sized businesses in the region struggling with the recent proliferation of Corona 19.
On August 8, Hanjeon KDN (President Park Sung-chul) announced that he had signed an agreement with IBK Corporate Bank to “support affected companies and promote regional economies.” The agreement will provide a total of 5 billion funds, including existing deposits, to help overcome corona 19 damage.
In particular, the company has significantly expanded its financial support to small and medium-sized enterprises affected by Corona 19 in Gwangju and Chonnam, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises with fewer than 10 permanent workers. The goal is to ease the conditions of support and provide practical assistance to the local economy.
Small and medium-sized businesses and small business owners wishing to borrow due to deterioration of management and financial difficulties may receive interest rate benefits of 1.4 to 1.5% granted by KDN and additional reductions granted by IBK Corporate Bank.
KDN is also actively supporting communities in need with Corona 19. ▲
In the midst of online opening due to Corona19, KDN plans to donate PCs and tablet PCs to the in-house nursery facilities to ensure that underprivileged students are not excluded from education.
A KDN official said, “We will continue to promote support activities that will help struggling communities with Corona 19, and we will do our best to overcome the crisis.”
